01
Clear scope and approvals
Brenlify confirms the agreed work before a project begins and uses review points so you can approve direction before final delivery. This keeps responsibility clear and helps reduce surprises, unnecessary rework and misunderstandings about what is included.
- Quotes and package details define the agreed deliverables.
- Major changes outside scope are discussed before extra work starts.
- Final approval remains with the client before work is published or delivered as complete.
02
Payments, cards and suspicious requests
Growth Lab purchases use a secure hosted payment page. Brenlify does not need customers to send full card numbers or card security codes through its own forms, email or chat.
Brenlify may receive payment status, transaction references, purchase email, billing details and limited payment-method information needed to verify or support an order. Full card numbers and card security codes should not be sent to Brenlify.
If a payment request looks different from the normal Brenlify checkout or from what was agreed for a project, stop and contact Brenlify using the contact details published on this website before sending money or credentials.
03
Website access and credentials
Website projects can require temporary access to hosting, domains, CMS platforms, analytics or other tools. Only the access needed for the agreed work should be shared, and clients should use platform invitations or delegated access where those options exist.
Where practical, access should be removed or passwords changed after a project or support relationship ends.
04
Files, confidential material and portfolio use
Client-supplied files are used for the purpose of delivering the agreed work. If a project contains confidential or unreleased material, tell us before sharing it so handling and portfolio expectations can be agreed clearly.
Brenlify may normally show completed public work in its portfolio, unless confidentiality or a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
05
Human-led work, modern tools
Brenlify is human-led. We use modern design, development, automation and AI-assisted tools where they can improve speed, research, production or quality. These tools support the work, they do not replace the people responsible for it.
Creative direction, technical decisions, client communication and final quality control remain human responsibilities. Sensitive client information is handled deliberately and is not treated as general prompt material. Where a third-party platform is important to delivery, its own privacy, security and licensing terms may also apply.
06
Report a concern
If you believe someone is impersonating Brenlify, you receive a suspicious payment request, you notice an unauthorised transaction, or you discover a security issue connected with a Brenlify-managed website, contact hello@brenlify.com. We will review the details and follow up through the appropriate project, payment or support channel.
Do not include passwords, one-time security codes, full payment-card numbers or card security codes in a support message.
