Starting a project
The easiest way to start is to browse Services, choose the closest fit and send a short project enquiry. If you are not sure which service or package makes sense, tell us the outcome you need rather than trying to choose the perfect label yourself.
Before work begins, we confirm the scope, deliverables, timing, price and any important assumptions so both sides know what is included.
- Share your goal, audience and deadline where possible.
- Send any existing brand files, copy, references or technical requirements that may affect the work.
- For website projects, tell us whether you already have a domain, hosting and website platform.

Pricing, packages and revisions
Prices shown on the site are starting prices in AUD. Your final quote can change with complexity, quantity, turnaround, optional add-ons or requirements outside the standard package.
Revision rounds are defined in the selected package or quote. A revision means refining the agreed direction, not replacing the project with a completely new brief. If the scope changes, we confirm the extra work before proceeding.

Files and handover
Final files are supplied in the formats agreed for the project. For design work this may include web-ready and print-ready exports. Editable or source files are included where the service or quote specifically says they are included.
For websites, handover depends on the project model. A managed website may stay under Brenlify care, while other website projects can include agreed access, documentation or transfer steps.

Website care and ongoing support
Brenlify offers website maintenance and managed website options for businesses that do not want to handle every update themselves. The exact support level depends on the plan, including how often content updates are scheduled and what technical work is included.
Urgent requests, major redesigns, new functionality and work outside the agreed care plan are quoted separately before they are started.

Growth Lab digital products
Growth Lab includes practical PDF books, guides and learning resources that can be purchased directly through Brenlify. Products are reviewed in your cart and paid for through a secure checkout.
After payment is confirmed, Brenlify verifies the transaction before the digital product is released. If a paid product is not delivered or a download fails, contact hello@brenlify.com with the purchase email and product name so the order can be checked.
Never send full card details or card security codes in a support message.
