1. Scope and privacy commitment
Brenlify aims to collect only information reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to enquiries, deliver services and digital products, process payments, provide support and meet business or legal obligations.
Brenlify serves customers internationally. We handle personal information under the privacy laws that apply to our activities and customers, including applicable Australian privacy requirements and overseas data protection rules. Where a law grants additional rights or requires specific notices or consent, those requirements also apply.
03
3. Payments and card information
Growth Lab payments are currently processed using Stripe. When you enter card or payment details in Stripe Checkout, those details are provided directly to Stripe rather than entered into a Brenlify-hosted payment form.
Brenlify does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its website servers. We may receive or access transaction information needed to confirm and support a purchase, such as the customer email, amount, payment status, transaction identifiers, billing details and limited payment-method information that Stripe makes available to merchants.
Stripe may offer optional services such as Link for saving and reusing payment details. If you choose a Stripe feature of that kind, Stripe handles that feature under its own terms and privacy practices.

4. How we collect and use information
We usually collect information directly from you when you complete a form, send an email, approve a project, make a purchase or communicate with us. Some information is generated automatically by website, hosting, security, analytics or payment systems.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver projects, verify and fulfil purchases, send transactional messages, provide support, manage billing and records, protect the website, prevent misuse, improve our services and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
05
5. Service providers and disclosures
Brenlify may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, email, analytics, forms, file storage, security, development and other business systems. We provide or make available only the information reasonably needed for those providers to perform their role.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to deliver an agreed service, investigate fraud or misuse, protect legal rights, comply with a lawful request or meet another legal obligation.
06
6. Overseas processing and cloud services
Some providers used by Brenlify operate global infrastructure and may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States, Europe or other locations used by those providers. The exact processing location can vary as provider infrastructure changes.
Where applicable privacy law requires safeguards or other steps for international transfers, we will take those steps. Contact us if you would like more information about relevant providers and transfers.
07
7. Marketing and transactional messages
Order confirmations, download delivery, security notices, project updates and support messages are transactional communications needed to provide the service you requested.
Marketing email or SMS will only be sent where Brenlify has a lawful basis to do so, including consent where required. Marketing messages will identify the sender and provide a practical way to unsubscribe. An unsubscribe request does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional messages about an active purchase or project.

8. Cookies and website technologies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site operation, preferences, performance, security or analytics. Browser settings can usually be used to limit or remove cookies, although some website functions may not work as intended after doing so.
With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel on brenlify.com to understand visits, digital book views, cart activity, checkout starts, verified service enquiries and confirmed purchases associated with Facebook and Instagram advertising. The events may include the product identifier, order value and currency, but we do not intentionally send your name, email, card details or enquiry message to Meta through this integration.
Meta may receive technical identifiers, including cookies, IP address and browser information, when advertising measurement is enabled. Meta can process that information under its own privacy practices, including outside Australia. Essential cookies support sign-in, purchases and website security without relying on advertising consent. Meta Pixel does not load until you choose Accept Cookies, which also enables optional advertising measurement. With that choice, related Conversions API events may also be sent securely from our website server for cart additions, checkout starts, verified enquiries and confirmed Stripe purchases. Available Meta browser and click identifiers and browser user-agent information may be included for matching; we do not send your email address, phone number or enquiry message to Meta through this integration. For a purchase, consent and available technical matching identifiers are recorded in the Stripe checkout transaction to report the completed conversion. Under Read More you can instead choose Continue with essential cookies only. Either choice allows normal shopping, reading and enquiries. Change your choice using the cookie preferences control on this page. Choosing essential cookies only stops further Brenlify Pixel events but does not erase data already received by Meta.

9. Security and retention
Brenlify takes reasonable practical steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Security controls can include limited access, reputable service providers, account security measures and avoiding unnecessary collection of sensitive credentials.
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, project delivery, support, accounting and tax records, dispute handling, security, legal obligations and legitimate business needs. Information that is no longer required may be deleted, de-identified or retained where law requires it.
Do not send passwords, card security codes or full payment-card details through ordinary email or contact forms.

10. Access, correction and privacy complaints
You can contact hello@brenlify.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also request deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required.
For a privacy complaint, explain what happened and what outcome you are seeking. We will review it and aim to respond within a reasonable time. Where applicable law provides, you may also complain to the privacy or data protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in Australia.
Privacy enquiries and complaints: hello@brenlify.com.

We may update this policy when our website, payment flow, service providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
