Use Brenlify books with the right licence.

1. Choose the licence that matches how you will use the material

The licence controls how the digital product may be used. Buying a PDF gives you permission to use the content under the selected licence, but it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the book, writing, illustrations, graphics, examples, layouts or other Brenlify material.

These licences apply worldwide to the purchased title, subject to mandatory local law. Each title offers a Personal & Internal Use Licence and a Commercial & Teaching Licence. Review the permissions and select your licence in the cart; the price is displayed before payment.

2. Personal & Internal Use Licence

Choose this licence if you are buying the book for your own learning, reference or internal business use.

• Read, download and keep the purchased PDF for your own reference.
• Use the methods, exercises and ideas in your own work or business.
• Print reasonable copies for your own private use.
• Make reasonable private backups of the purchased file.
• You may not publish pages, graphics or substantial extracts in public-facing content, teaching materials or paid courses under this licence.

3. Commercial & Teaching Licence

Choose this licence if you are an educator, trainer, consultant, creator or business that wants to show selected Brenlify material while teaching, presenting or creating public-facing content.

This licence allows selected pages, short extracts, examples and graphics from the licensed title to be used in activities such as online teaching, recorded videos, lectures, workshops, presentations, demonstrations and training material.

The commercial licence applies to the purchased title only and does not transfer ownership of the material.

• Show selected pages or examples while teaching or presenting.
• Use selected graphics or examples as part of a video, lecture, workshop or presentation.
• Quote reasonable extracts when explaining or discussing the licensed material.
• Use the material as a supporting reference inside your own educational or professional content.
• The licence does not allow you to resell, redistribute or provide the full Brenlify PDF to your audience.

4. What neither licence allows

Unless Brenlify expressly agrees otherwise in writing, no Growth Lab licence allows the following uses.

• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the complete book or PDF.
• Uploading the full PDF, or a substantial substitute for it, to a website, course portal, file-sharing service or public platform.
• Giving customers, students, followers or other third parties their own downloadable copy of the purchased PDF.
• Extracting Brenlify graphics, illustrations, templates or layouts and selling them as standalone assets.
• Removing Brenlify branding, copyright notices or other ownership notices and presenting the material as your own.
• Using the material in a way that falsely suggests Brenlify endorses another product, course, service or organisation.

5. Team, classroom and custom permissions

The standard Commercial & Teaching Licence covers the public-facing uses described above worldwide for the purchaser or purchasing organisation, but it is not a multi-user or redistribution licence. Larger distribution arrangements may need separate written permission.
